About the Position:

Myriad Advisor Solutions is actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Team Manager to join our innovative marketing team. This leadership role involves overseeing a talented team, collaborating with executives, and driving marketing initiatives for both Myriad Advisor Solutions and our valued clients. We are looking for a passionate individual with proven experience in team management, strategic planning, and campaign execution.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
 
Team Leadership
  • Direct and lead the marketing team, setting objectives, defining strategies, and delegating tasks.
  • Accomplish team results by clearly communicating job expectations and supporting problem resolution and decision making.
  • Hire, train, motivate and coach team members and provide helpful feedback, training, and reward/recognition opportunities.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork, creativity, and innovation.
Marketing Department Management and Administration
  • Manage end-to-end processes of marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and optimization.
  • Translate corporate goals into departmental and individual goals, monitor the marketing budget, develop and enforce systems and policies, and build strategic relationships.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with other departmental leads to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Customer Service
  • Connect with clients in an open and informative way, providing solutions and maintaining a positive focus on overall project success.
  • Consistently seek out ways to provide service and solutions to clients that will positively impact their transition and long-term business structure.
  • Maintain a self-driven, results-oriented outlook with a positive focus on overall project success for all involved parties.
Qualifications (Knowledge and Skills):
  • At least 4-6 years of marketing experience, team management experience required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in an appropriate field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in developing marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and develop employees to their full potential.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
  • Some working knowledge of Domain Management and Website design and development.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US; no visa sponsorship is available.
